Shop Policies



Hi! I'm Carolinethe CYG Merch Maven! I'll be shipping out orders and answering all shop-related inquiries. As the CYG shop is a one-woman show, please be mindful of our shop policies and turn-around time on orders (see below).

We're accepting orders until June 18 for all merch currently in the shop. After June 18, you won't be able to place orders. Items (except for the beach towel) will begin shipping on July 1. Beach towels will ship on July 22.

If ordering multiple products, all items in your order will be grouped and shipped together. A shipping confirmation with tracking information (domestic orders only) will be emailed when items are shipped.

Why are we making you pre-order and then wait? Well, our shop is run by me, Caroline, pretty much on my own. And I have a full-time day job and other side hustles. Collecting all of the orders at once helps me plan for the amount of time (and extra help) I need to get everything shipped out, and protects my schedule so that I'm not mailing three buttons here and a t-shirt there every single week. 

Pre-orders are our way of having a shop, but also respecting the time and schedule constraints of the lone person running it. We know it's not fun to wait for your swag when you're used to buying stuff and receiving it the next day. But we're not Asos. We're not Amazon. We're just a few women for whom merch is a side-hustle, not the main event. And we really appreciate your patience.


Total shipping fees for domestic orders are calculated by weight. All orders are shipped USPS (First-Class and Priority Mail) and tracking information will be provided once order is shipped. Please note that all orders are processed and shipped on Saturdays. 

Sales tax will be applied for customers in California and Texas.

We do ship internationally, but please note that at this time we’re unable to provide tracking information for international orders. Most international orders should arrive within 10 business days of being shipped USPS First-Class Package International Service (see USPS page for more information). We are not responsible for any custom fees that may apply.

If an item arrives damaged, we’re happy to replace it. Send us an email with your original order number and description of the damage for further instructions.
